The AWARE Collective is a transformative youth empowerment movement built on immersive retreats at the heart of our foundation followed by mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement.
We create safe, culturally responsive spaces where teens can heal, grow, and discover their purpose, no matter their background or life experiences. Our programs guide teens in mind, body, and soul through identity building, mental wellness, and purposeful action. AWARE isn’t just an event it’s a lifestyle, a movement, and a community.

AWARE Teen Collective envisions a world where every teen has access to guidance, connection, and culturally relevant support to rise above life’s challenges, peer pressure, and societal expectations. Through experiences that transform the mind, strengthen the body, and elevate the soul, we cultivate a generation of resilient, self-aware, and empowered young leaders who carry these lessons into adulthood.

The mission of The AWARE Collective is to empower teens through immersive retreats, mentorship, service, and intentional community. Through volunteerism, leadership labs, personal development, and shared experience, teens build confidence, emotional intelligence, and purpose while forming lifelong relationships rooted in growth, accountability, and empowerment.

AWARE Teen Collective
We are proud to be led by Jasna, the visionary founder of the A.W.A.R.E Collective, alongside Stephanie, the dedicated cofounder who stands firmly beside her in this powerful work.
Together, they have built a movement rooted in uplifting young girls and strengthening them through these workshops and intentional gatherings. Their shared passion has expanded beyond young women as they both recognized the growing need for a safe and inspiring space for teen boys as well. This initiative will soon come to life as a Teen Collective guided by men and women who share the same commitment, heart, and drive that Jasna and Stephanie bring to every part of their mission.
